Does national shipping cost?

The shipment has a cost only if the purchase is for an amount less than or equal to 5,000 Colombians, if the shipment exceeds this figure it is completely free except for populations with difficult access. You can see the list of these towns here.

In how much time will my request be delivered?

For the city of Barranquilla the delivery time is 1-3 business days, for the rest of the country it takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Delivery times are taken into account 24 hours after payment of the purchase has been approved. For orders in PRE ORDER, the time begins to count from the day that product is available.

Can I change my shipping information after completing the purchase?

If you want to modify your delivery data, contact us at +57 318 2725 275 or send us an email to info@maquiactive.com. In any of the means you choose, you must provide us with your full name, ID and purchase ID. If the modification of the information incurs any additional expense, this would be assumed by the buyer.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we have the Pick up in Store service available for the city of Barranquilla only. The collection address is Cra. 51B # 82-254 office 29. The collection time must be coordinated with our dispatch team by calling +57 318 2725 275.

Can someone other than the person who made the purchase receive the order?

Yes, you only have to indicate in the "comments" space at the end of the purchase the information of the person who receives it. Full name, cell phone, and address. If the order is being made by some other means of purchase, the delivery request and the complete information of the person receiving the order must also be informed.

Is it possible to receive my order the same day I made the purchase?

Yes, we have our Express service available for specific purchases or gifts only in the city of Barranquilla. To do this, you only have to confirm the request with our sales team by contacting this number +57 318 2725 275 For national purchases we also have Express shipping where we get the order to be shipped the same day it was made as long as it is before 4:00 p.m. If so, the wait would only be the time it takes for the carrier to deliver. Do you accept cash on delivery payments?

At the moment we only accept cash on delivery for orders within the city of Barranquilla. For the rest of the country we do not handle this service.
