Domestic Shipping

Is domestic shipping free?
If your order is above $60.000 colombian pesos your order will be free no matter the destination inside Colombia. If your order is equal or less than this amount the cost of shipping will depend on weight of your order and city of destination.


How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic shipping takes between 1-5 business days depending on the city of destination. This time will start 24 hours after the payment of the order has been approved.


Can I change the order I just made?
Once your order has been submitted successfully, and the payment has been approved, the order goes to processing and is then shipped. If you would like to make a change please contact us immediately at +57 318 572 5275. If the order has not been shipped and we do have the new requested item we will gladly change your order, if the order has already been shipped we will have to wait until the item has been received to start an exchange process.


Can I change the address of my order after it has been submitted?
Once your order has been submitted successfully, and the payment has been approved, the order goes to processing and is then shipped. Same day delivery is only available for orders in Barranquilla, Colombia. If you would like to request a
same day delivery just contact us at +57 318 572 5275.

What carrier is used for shipments?
We do all our domestic shipments with Coordinadora.

How does international shipping work?
We use FEDEX for all international shipments. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. 
Taxes, duties and international processing will be calculated at checkout before payment.
Please ensure the shipping address provided is clear and that FEDEX is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if FEDEX is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided.
