Do you accept exchanges and returns?
Yes, both changes and returns are accepted.
Does it cost to make an exchange or return?
There is no additional cost to make a change or return, the only cost is that associated with shipping freight.
Is it possible to make a change of size or reference?
Of course yes, just inform us of the change request at +57 3182725275 or by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org to request the change and verify the availability of the new size or reference.
After how long can the change be made?
You have 15 calendar days from the moment the purchase was made to make a change or return.
The change must be requested by contacting us at +57 3182725275 or by email at email@example.com. We will need the name of the person who placed the order, the ID of the order, the reason for the change and the description of the change to be made.
How is the process to request a change or return?
To request an exchange or return, the product must be in the same state in which it was received. Dirty, worn, damaged or washed productss will not be accepted. All products must have their original labels, tags and packaging.
It is Maqui Active's discretion to decide if the returned garment is accepted for exchange or refund. If a garment does not meet the requirements to be exchanged, it will be returned at the customer's expense. If the garment meets the requirements once it is received and approved, the change or refund will be sent to the customer. Shipping charges for exchanges will be covered by the customer.
Where are the changes sent?
All changes must be sent to Cra. 51B # 82-254 office 29 CC Bahía in the city of Barranquilla.
Do the products discounts have change?
No, if the product was purchased at a discount, it does not apply for exchange.
How long does it take for my change to arrive?
Once we receive the exchange product, the new reference will be sent. Delivery time is between 2-5 business days.
Can I request a refund of money?
If possible. The refund is only effective if the purchased product does not meet the specifications of the order placed, if the reference or size was not the one requested and/or if the product shipped has quality or production defects. To request a refund, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The refund of money is made by the same means in which it was purchased.
How long does a money refund take?
Once approved, the refund will be made between 7-15 calendar days.
How long is the product guaranteed?
You have 30 calendar days, from the moment the purchase was made, to make use of the product guarantee.
The guarantee request must be requested in writing by contacting us at +57 3182725275 or by email at email@example.com. The guarantee does not cover defects due to misuse, washing, storage or the like. If the guarantee is approved, the client has 15 calendar days from the approval to make use of said guarantee. After this time the guarantee is not valid.
If you receive a damaged or defective garment, we will take care of making the change as quickly as possible and all associated costs.
